A girl from Sardinia, Claudia Puddu, volunteered in an orphage in Kenya in the Summer of 2012. She got to know two fantastic women, Damaris and her daughter Emily, who take care of these kids alone or with some casual volunteers. They do this all the year round unremittingly but with short financial supplies.
The building where the kids stay is unsafe and only partially practicable. It is lack of electricty and water....
to make up for it there is enough water when it rains, at least in the area where they sleep.

We are helping setting up the floors of the orphanage where we will build more rooms and bathrooms.
Before leaving, Claudia with and another fellow Italian volunteer have requested a quotation for renovation.
The estimated amount was 6,000 euros: some friends have already made some donations with which we bought the materials and the works have started!
With a little help form all of us (even just ten euros) we can complete the works and give these kids a respectable home. Help us with this project because in this circumstance we make sure not only that the money will be used by people actually concerned, but we have also created a no-profit organisation not to let banks make money out of single international donations.
We wish to provide our supporters with direct records about the developments of the project.
